Choose the Right NFC Stand Format

The right display format depends on where people approach it, how much artwork they need to see and whether it should stand freely or sit at a fixed touchpoint. L-shaped and V-shaped NFC table stands suit counters and shared tables; rectangular and round NFC display stands provide compact options for fixtures, walls and other planned placements.

L-shaped acrylic NFC table stand for branded countertop displays

L-shaped Acrylic NFC Table Stand

A front-facing format for checkout counters, reception desks and service points where the message and tap area should face one main direction. The angled face gives artwork room while the base keeps the interaction self-standing.

Selection note: 50 mm base; face examples 76 × 127.5, 120 × 190 or 120 × 140 mm.

V-shaped acrylic NFC stand shown as a real product form

V-shaped NFC Table Stand

A two-sided format for shared tables, central counters and locations approached from opposite directions. It can carry coordinated artwork on both faces; confirm whether each side uses the same destination and interaction prompt.

Selection note: Size examples 76 × 127.5 and 130 × 190 mm; confirm side-specific artwork and interaction.

Rectangular acrylic NFC plaque for a fixed tap point

Square / Rectangular NFC Display Plaque

A compact NFC display stand or plaque for planned attachment to a wall, counter or fixture. It works well when a freestanding base would take unnecessary space; confirm the surface, viewing angle and mounting approach for the project.

Selection note: 120 × 120 mm example; custom dimensions and optional adhesive-backed placement.

Round acrylic NFC plaque for a compact branded tap point

Round Acrylic NFC Display Plaque

A compact round display for logos, short calls to action and clearly marked tap points. The shape is useful where the visual identity calls for a softer outline or the available placement area is limited.

Selection note: Ø100 mm example; custom artwork and final placement can be confirmed for the project.

Choose an NFC or NFC + QR Code Stand

NFC

A compatible smartphone can tap the marked NFC area to open the encoded destination without typing a URL or framing a code. Clear artwork should show where to tap and what the visitor will open.

NFC + QR

An NFC QR code stand keeps tap as the primary interaction and adds a visible scan alternative for visitors who prefer QR. For normal same-destination orders, the supplied URL can be encoded to NFC, used for the corresponding QR code and checked through both paths before delivery.

QR-only is available for suitable projects, but this product family remains focused on NFC and NFC + QR configurations.

Select the chip and data configuration

Choose the chip and encoding plan around the destination, data size and customer journey rather than memory alone. Start by defining the URL, whether all stands share one destination and what must be checked before delivery. Other NFC chip options can then be evaluated against the stand form, antenna and project requirements.

Standard URL interactions

NTAG213, NTAG215 and NTAG216 are practical starting points for common smartphone-readable URL interactions. The final choice depends on the NDEF payload, memory requirement and physical design, so the selected configuration should be confirmed and tested for the project.

Advanced security direction

NTAG424 may be reviewed when a project genuinely requires an authenticated NFC workflow. It is not a default upgrade for a simple URL stand and requires an appropriate application and backend design.

Shared or unique data

For a standard campaign, multiple stands can use one supplied destination. If different locations or units need different links, share the data plan so the encoding, matching, verification and packing workflow can be reviewed before quotation.

Customization & Manufacturing Capabilities

Work with an acrylic NFC stand manufacturer to coordinate the physical display, printed message and digital destination as one product. The useful choices are the ones that improve placement, scanning or tapping, brand consistency and production control—not extra options without a clear buyer need.

Custom Shape & Size

Choose L-shaped, V-shaped, rectangular or round formats, then confirm dimensions around the placement area, viewing direction and artwork.

Custom Printing

Create a custom printed NFC stand with full-color artwork, logos, local-language instructions and a clear tap or scan prompt.

NFC Chip Options

Select the NFC chip and memory direction around the URL, payload size and intended phone interaction.

URL Pre-Encoding

Provide the destination URL for a pre-encoded NFC stand and confirm the page is ready for customer use before production.

NFC + QR

Add a visible QR scan alternative for the same destination while keeping NFC central to the product experience.

Samples & Bulk Orders

Request a custom sample to review form, print and interaction before ordering bulk NFC stands; normal customized orders start from 100 pcs.

Custom printing and branding

Design the acrylic face around one clear customer action: tap, scan, leave a review, follow a profile, view a menu or open another destination. Available options include custom artwork, logos, full-color printing, custom dimensions, NFC URL pre-encoding and QR integration. Keep the prompt readable at the intended viewing distance and leave enough visual space around the interaction area.

  • Supply logo, colors, language and final call to action
  • Mark the NFC tap area clearly
  • Provide the final URL and QR requirement
  • Confirm shared or location-specific artwork and data

A useful artwork brief

Send the preferred stand format and dimensions, logo or print-ready artwork, brand colors, display language and final call to action. Also identify the viewing direction, mounting requirement and whether NFC and QR should open the same supplied destination.

Choose by application

Google Review

Place a custom Google Review NFC stand at reception or checkout so visitors can open the business’s approved review destination.

Social Media

Use a branded NFC social media stand to open a chosen profile or a landing page that brings selected channels together.

Menu / Restaurant

Use an NFC menu stand for restaurants to connect diners to an externally hosted menu or ordering destination, with QR available as a visible scan alternative. Choose a format that suits the table, counter or service point.

Wi-Fi / Booking / Information

Direct visitors to a supplied Wi-Fi, booking, enquiry or information page from a clearly labelled physical touchpoint.

These applications can share the same acrylic product family while using different artwork and destinations. Select the customer action first, then confirm the placement, stand format and NFC or NFC + QR configuration.

Buyer selection matrix

Front-facing counter

Start with: L-shaped format
Best when: visitors approach mainly from the front
Check: footprint, face size, artwork visibility and tap position

Two-direction visibility

Start with: V-shaped format
Best when: people approach from two directions
Check: artwork on each face and whether both sides share one destination

Fixed interaction point

Start with: rectangular or round NFC display stand
Best when: the touchpoint should sit at a planned fixed location
Check: surface, viewing angle, mounting approach and phone access

In every format, use a physical sample to check phone access, viewing angle, glare, stability and any planned mounting method.

Frequently asked questions

How does the NFC interaction work?

A compatible smartphone taps the marked area and opens the encoded destination. The acrylic face provides the branded message and call to action, and a printed QR code can be added as a visible scan alternative.

Can the same stand include NFC and a QR code?

Yes. NFC can remain the primary tap interaction while a printed QR provides a scan alternative. Confirm whether both should open the same supplied destination so the encoded and printed paths can be checked together.

Can you pre-encode my URL?

Yes. Provide the destination URL and DO RFID can encode it to the NFC stand before delivery. When NFC and QR share that destination, the corresponding QR can be prepared and both interactions checked.

Which shape should I choose?

Choose L-shaped for a front-facing counter, V-shaped for two-direction visibility, a rectangular plaque for attached placement, or a round plaque for a compact shaped tap point.

Can every stand have a different link?

Different destinations by location or unit can be reviewed for the project. Send the quantity and data plan so we can confirm the required encoding, matching and verification workflow before quotation.

Do you offer custom logos and artwork?

Yes. We support full-color branded printing, custom artwork and custom sizes, with final specifications confirmed through the project sample.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ starts at 100 pcs for normal customized orders. Confirm the selected format, configuration and data workflow in the quotation.
