Choose the card you want people to carry
A printed membership card, a metal brand card and an authentication card serve different projects. Start with the physical format and how it will be used; we then coordinate the artwork and NFC configuration.
Custom printed PVC cards
A wallet-size format for member cards, event credentials and branded links. Combine your logo and layout with text, serial numbers or QR-code options. Matte, gloss or other available finishes are selected with the card configuration.
Choose an NTAG213, NTAG215 or NTAG216 option for the record or specification your project requires.
Metal NFC cards
For a metal presentation, explore our stainless-steel NFC card format and its decoration options. Printed or engraved artwork gives the card a different look and feel from PVC.
We match the NFC construction and decoration to the intended tap experience. The metal layers, chip placement and reading face are considered together.
Need an authentication-focused card?
Our NTAG424 DNA card is an option for projects using cryptographic authentication. It needs the right key configuration and verification service as well as the printed card. We discuss this separately from ordinary URL-sharing cards.

Custom printed NFC cards can share one design across a batch or carry individual information. We organize the visible artwork and the NFC data as parts of the same card specification.

Where the card is used—and what it connects to
The chip stores or presents data; the phone, reader and application decide what happens next. Match that workflow before ordering the full batch.
Brand links & contact sharing
On a compatible NFC-enabled phone, a tap can open the prepared NDEF web link. That page can contain contact details, a product introduction or other brand content. We supply the physical card; your website or chosen service provides the digital content.
Membership & event cards
Printed names or member IDs make the card recognizable. A compatible reader and your membership or event software connect the card identifier to the correct record, check-in or permission.
Reviews & customer interaction
A clearly printed tap prompt can lead customers to a review or feedback page. Select a destination and card layout that suit where the card is handed out or displayed.

With an NTAG424 DNA configuration, the card can provide authentication data for a verification service. Key setup, secure messaging and the verification result belong to the complete solution.
Plan the reader and software alongside the card
- Phone interaction: use a compatible NFC-enabled phone and the right NDEF record for the intended action.
- In-house encoding: use a compatible phone app or NFC reader/writer and software that support the selected chip and record.
- Existing access systems: match the chip, credential format and enrollment requirements to your reader and controller.
- Secure verification: plan key handling and a verification service for the chosen authentication setup.
A reader that reads an identifier is not necessarily able to encode the card. A phone-link card is not automatically a replacement for a door credential or payment card.

NFC chip options for your custom card
For an ordinary web link, the record length is one selection point. For an existing system or authentication project, the required chip and configuration matter more than choosing the largest memory.

When ordering NFC cards in bulk, agree the card specification, artwork and data pattern before the production run. We work through these together so a repeated design or individual card record follows the intended layout.

A simple way to organize individual cards
For variable orders, a list can link the visible card ID to its printed and encoded content. The example below is a planning format, not data written to the chip’s factory UID.

Before you choose
Custom NFC card questions
Can every card have a different printed number or web link?
We can discuss individual printed fields and NFC records for the run. Prepare a list that maps each card reference to its artwork fields and destination, then agree that layout and data setup before production.
Can I change the information after the cards are delivered?
A writable, unlocked card can be updated with a compatible writer and software. If it stores a web link, changing the content on that website can update what visitors see without rewriting the same link. Changing the encoded link itself requires writing the card again. Permanently locked data cannot be rewritten.
Do you supply the digital profile or membership software?
This page covers the physical card and its agreed customization. A web profile, membership database, access controller or verification service is a separate part of the project. Tell us which platform you use so the card can be specified for that workflow.
What size, finish and NFC range should I choose?
We offer familiar card formats and can discuss a custom size or shape. Confirm dimensions, thickness and finish for the selected card rather than applying one specification to every material. Reading performance depends on the finished construction, reader and surroundings; evaluate a sample in its intended use.
Can I buy blank cards instead of printed NFC cards?
Yes. Our blank-card range provides another starting point. If you will print in-house, choose the surface and dimensions for your actual printer; an inkjet-specific card is a separate configuration from ordinary blank PVC.
How do I get a price for my custom NFC card?
Send us the intended use, approximate quantity, artwork or design idea, and any chip or system requirement. Include individual printing or encoding needs. We can then quote the card and production work for that specification.
